Service Description

This is a consultation to see if you are a candidate for out heel pain treatment program. No referral from PCP required. Includes diagnostic x-rays, and ultrasound. We’re an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t have a direct contract with insurance plans. But we’re happy to submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as an out-of-network service. Depending on your plan, you may still get some reimbursement—usually after meeting your out-of-network deductible. We’ll handle the paperwork for you, and during your free consultation, we can go over what to expect based on your coverage.
