Medical Pedicure

Service Description

A medical pedicure is a treatment performed by the podiatrist where sterile instrumentation is used to ensure a completely clean pedicure. It is reserved for those who have sensitive medical conditions like diabetes, or for those who desire a cleaner and safer pedicure. Included is a foot exam by the podiatrist, nail clipping, grinding as needed, callus trimming, and full foot exfoliation and removal of cracked heels with soothing moisturizer. No nail polish is applied. This is an out-of-network (OON) service but may be covered with out-of-network coverage, Health Savings Account (HSAs), or Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
